You can request an exchange by calling our customer service line at 0309-3-HIGHFY (444439). A rider will collect your package within seven business days after you request a return. After inspection, if the product is unused, based on your request, you will receive the item in exchange within three to four business days. Please note that we will only replace sizes/variants of the same product.
